Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell is an American actor. born on the 27th of March, 1970, she stands 5'9" tall. Her roles comprise Dr. Juliet Burke in ABC's Lost TV series and FBI Agent Erica Evans in V. The Escape Clause as well as Gia. Mitchell stars alongside Eric Kripke in the television show Revolution that airs on NBC. She is the step-father to Joseph Day Mitchell and mother Josephine Marian Mitchell (nee Jenkins) are lawyers based in Dallas. Mitchell and her mom moved to Dallas Texas in 1970 where the mother of her child got married Joseph Mitchell in 1975. Mitchell graduated from Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts which is a magnet public school. She is the eldest of three sisters the others being Kristina Kristie Mitchell, Helen Kristie Mitchell as well as Katherine Day Kate Mitchell. In 1991 she graduated at Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and furthering her studies at the British American Drama Academy.Mitchell worked for six years at Dallas Theater Center and a period working at Encore Theater.
